Shipping & Returns

All sales are final.

We ship all our orders using USPS Priority Mail to ensure you receive your product and quickly as possible. Unfortunately at the moment we only ship nationally and to states where CBD isd legal.
Orders typically take about 2-3 business days to process and ship out. Once they ship out, we will provide a tracking number. If you do not receive tracking, please contact us and we will get it for you.

We do not accept returns/exchanges, or issue refunds unless one of the following:
1. The product you received is damaged.
2. You received the wrong product.

If you need to make a claim, please contant us at info@baygrownfarms.org.

It may take between 3-5 business days - depending on your bank - to receieve your refund. Your refund will be sent to your original form of payment.
Exchanges take between 1-2 business days to process. Typically we will have you keep the item you received and send you the correct item the following business day after contact.
